What You'll Do



In our Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) Customer Care area, this role develops deep relationships with consultants, clients and third-party administrators that are in our Non-Qualified trust and custody space specifically focusing on Rabbi Trust’s. This role is the strategic partner to our institutional clients to provide creative solutions that meet business goals of retention, growth, and participant benefits to name a few.

Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the client, attorney, and consultant on trust agreement design, investments, services and new opportunities.
  • Planning with C-Suite executives and other key decision makers on their trusts and interpretation.
  • Problem solving sophisticated issues.
  • Leading large and complex client projects.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal partners and Subject Matter Experts to meet client’s needs and expectations.

Who You Are



  • 6+ years of related industry experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and 4+ years of relationship management experience and sales related experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required
  • Knowledge of business and custody products
  • Understanding of the broader marketplace and competitive
  • Demonstrate experience building client relationships and influencing at all levels; along with successfully influencing and driving results
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, problem solving, persuasive communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
  • Travel approximately up to 15% of the time. Overnight stays may be required.

  • Rabbi Trust strongly preferred and NQ Change of Control experience a bonus.


Salary Range Information



Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)



$100800 - $182400 / year

Time Off Program



Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
