What You'll Do
The Sr Product Manager 1 is responsible to manage the AI use-case pipeline, develop cost-benefit analyses, drive stakeholder communication, track adoption metrics, and serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the AI enablement intake pipeline. Vet, prioritize, and track AI initiatives.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) for each use case, partnering with the finance team to quantify projected value and ROI.
- Own product strategy and roadmap, define product vision, target users, value propositions, and multi-quarter roadmap across multiple role-/function-specific products.
- Translate needs into outcomes. Partner with clients/internal teams to identify high-value use cases, map workflows, and define “jobs to be done” and measurable success metrics.
- Define and track AI utilization and adoption metrics. (e.g., Copilot usage, agent adoption, efficiency gains)
- Own the RIS AI Portal and communication strategy to ensure teams across RIS understand available AI tools, services, and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into actionable technical work.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and business cases to leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional AI governance activities, including risk assessments and compliance reporting.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in an engineering or technology organization.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and agentic patterns. (technical depth not required, but conversational fluency expected)
- Demonstrated experience building business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with intake/pipeline management and prioritization frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and agile delivery practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Experience with portfolio/intake management platforms.
- Background in program management or IT strategy roles.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$127000 - $154000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
Hours
This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a regular start time around 7:30am CST a few days a week.
