What You'll Do



We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, you’ll lead and evolve our enterprise web experience, optimizing customer-facing digital journeys at scale while coaching product managers and partnering closely with UX and technology.

You'll focus on:

  • Product Strategy: Define and lead the product strategy for a portion of the enterprise digital experience, focused on optimizing web‑facing customer and employer journeys through data, customer insights, and cross‑functional alignment
  • Product Discovery: Ensure effective discovery practices that inform decision‑making and facilitate collaborative solutioning to improve experience and efficiency
  • Product Delivery: Be accountable for successful delivery across the product family, partnering closely with engineering and UX in an Agile environment and clearly communicating plans and releases
  • Product Assessment: Maintain insight into product health, outcomes, and investment effectiveness, using data‑informed storytelling to guide trade‑offs and strategic adjustments
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as a trusted partner across business, technology, and UX teams by proactively communicating strategy, priorities, and outcomes to drive alignment and value realization
  • Product Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers while balancing hands‑on product leadership with people management and continuously strengthening product management practices

Who You Are



  • 10+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education.
  • 7+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment
  • 4+ years of formal leadership experience including leading, developing, and scaling product teams and driving performance through others
  • Proven success establishing product strategy across multiple products and aligning it to enterprise priorities
  • Strong background of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, especially partnering with UX/design and engineering
  • Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and communicate outcomes through clear, structured storytelling
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery practices and the ability to coach others on those practices
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to establish relationships and influence business partners

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience leading enterprise web experiences across multiple lines of business or customer segments
  • Experience improving digital journeys through analytics, experimentation, and iterative optimization
  • Experience leading or transforming product teams to adopt modern, forward-thinking Agile practices, including continuous discovery, iterative delivery, and outcome-driven product management
  • Experience building and scaling mobile app experiences and product strategies
  • Experience with virtual assistant, conversational AI, or voice-enabled platforms (e.g., chatbots, digital assistants, or AI-driven customer interactions)

Salary Range Information



Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)



$140000 - $170000 / year

Time Off Program



Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
