IT Program/Project Management (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Boston, MA): The IT Program/Project Management is responsible for leading the planning, analysis and implementation of State Street’s Credit Risk IT systems. The role necessitates liaising with project sponsors, developers and other stakeholders on both the business and technical teams to manage project requirements and facilitate solution implementation. The position works under minimal direction while keeping senior management apprised of issues and project status. Specific duties of the position include: facilitating determination of project scope, requirements gathering, and implementation planning with project sponsors and key stakeholders for upgrades to State Street’s internal credit risk IT systems, which include data sourcing and transformation related to Credit Risk Exposure data; leading requirement elaboration and actively participating in solution design; coordinating project planning and execution with cross-functional project managers, external consultants, application managers, business managers, development, and QA staff; managing within a matrix environment with resources and services provided by centralized teams, and utilizing both waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycles; and clearly communicating the status of the project to both senior business and senior technical management. (Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy).

Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; plus 7 years of related experience.

Must have: Demonstrated experience in facilitating the determination of functional roadmap, project scope, requirements gathering, and implementing planning with project sponsors and key stakeholders for upgrades to cred risk IT systems, which include data sourcing and transformation related to Credit Risk Exposure data; Demonstrated experience in leading requirement elaborations and actively participating in solution design; Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages C++ or Java; Demonstrated creating data visualization flows for various business needs; Proven understanding of Federal and Basel III regulations specific to Credit Risk; Proven ability with technologies like Big Data, Spring Boot, Microservices, jBPM and UX design; Proven understanding of securities and counterparty market data in light of credit and market risk, and working with data providers in bringing the data into application; Proven ability in coordinating project planning and execution with cross-functional project managers, external consultants, application managers, business managers, development, and QA staff; Demonstrated experience managing within a matrix environment with resources and services provided by centralized teams; Proven ability in utilizing both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycles; and Demonstrated experience in clearly communicating the status of projects to both senior business and senior technical management. Salary Range:

$128,170 - $150,000 Annual
