Engage with product management, operations, and technology teams to design the future state platform, emphasizing software functionality and operational efficiency and managing the interrelationships of the systems and processes that encompass the entire platform. This individual in this role will apply excellent analytical and communication skills and work collaboratively with senior management, colleagues, and internal/external stakeholders. Specific duties of the position include: Developing business cases and roadmaps to align with strategic initiatives; Developing clear and concise information requests to ensure effective and efficient data gathering and analysis; Conducting strategic research on client, industry, and technology trends to provide summary and guidance on best practices, novel solutions, and emerging concepts; Analyzing large and complex datasets to quickly develop accurate metrics and reporting content; Framing complex problems and developing recommended solutions while maintaining a rigorous data-driven decision-making process; Executing strategic initiatives and projects autonomously with minimal oversight; Managing multiple projects concurrently, balancing strategic analysis, business/user requirements analysis, implementation planning, project execution and communication; Coordinating stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, business segments, technology, corporate functions) to deliver on initiatives, and developing effective cross-team communications to inform stakeholders and executive level sponsors; Applying previous experience with maintaining investment book of record, data strategy, technology transformation, and project implementation; and Applying quantitative, information delivery, and analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI,IBI), as well as proficiency in financial and accounting principles analysis and reporting. Full time telecommuting from within the United States permitted pursuant to Company policy.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, or a related technical field; plus 8 years of experience as a Product Specialist or any other occupation/title providing relevant technology, industry or management consulting experience.
Must Have: CFA or CIPM or demonstrated progress to completion of the charter; Demonstrated experience in a role working with performance measurement, investment book of record, data strategy, technology transformation, and project implementation; Demonstrated quantitative, information delivery and analytical skills (at least two of the following Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or IBI ) to analyze large and complex datasets to quickly develop accurate metrics and reporting content; Proven knowledge of financial and accounting principles analysis and reporting; Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently in an independent manner; Proven ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment and to coordinate stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management; Proven ability to effectively define and implement oral, written and hybrid communication strategies to negotiate and handle complex and sensitive organizational relationships; Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to frame complex problems and develop recommended solutions while maintaining a rigorous data driven decision-making process; Demonstrated Core Investment Performance Measurement Experience; and Demonstrated SQL/Snowflake Experience. Salary Range:
$135,000 - $210,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
