The ideal candidate will be self-starting with strong problem solving skills. A general understanding of financial markets and instruments will be helpful. Attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication will be critical to the candidates success.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for

As ETF Service and Support Associate 2 you will

  • Work closely with ETF Service Leads and ETF Support Leads
  • Assist clients with onboarding new ETFs, manage product and regulatory change.
  • Assist with testing and documenting technology improvements.
  • Work along side ETF Operations, settlements, IT and product as well as other GD teams.
