Who we are looking for

Join our Custody Income team and further your operational knowledge along with client, borrower, and broker relationships. You will work with senior team members and be responsible for the production and distribution of timely income claims and process improvements. You will be a resource for client inquiries and day to day issues while managing client, borrower, and broker relationships.

What you will be responsible for

· Work with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams to expedite past due income resolution.

· Ensure all internal and external inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner and communicate effectively with client when necessary.

· Maintain knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes

· Document any updates or changes to formal procedures, databases, etc.

· Participate in projects as well as prepare and verify information for those various projects/special requests as directed.

· Coordinate work efforts when multiple Associates are needed to complete work.

· Participate in individual on-going training and development.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum of a BS/BA degree preferably in accounting, finance, or economics related area

· At least 2 years of experience with Income or equivalent Finance related operations.

· PC literacy and ability to utilize Microsoft suite of applications.

· Experience with State Street applications preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $78,520 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
