Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, planning and implementing technology solutions to achieve Bilateral Business Services. The individual will be responsible for working with Business and Technology counterparts across global sites as a Sr. Technical Analyst / UX Design Analyst and use their knowledge of the business systems, industry, and system development lifecycle methodology to direct the execution of complex projects throughout their life cycle.

Objectives:

  • Implement a comprehensive collateral management platform that services client needs, drives simplification, and reduces redundant collateral capabilities bank wide
  • Develop client facing technology solutions from inception to production working with the business team and the development team to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Implement standard, simplified data management and systems integration to ensuring flexible, robust overall offering

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Technical Analyst you will

  • Lead very complex and challenging business/system requirements working session by facilitating strategic user meetings.
  • Responsible for the UX designs and business analysis, incorporating ergonomic and intuitive design principles to enhance user experience.
  • Work with business team to understand requirements and develop wireframes and articulate the vision to the development team and oversee end-to-end development lifecycle.
  • Drive the analysis of current processes and performing market research to deliver technology solutions with enhanced user experience.
  • Decompose abstract and complex details/concepts into business and functional requirements that can be understood by the stakeholders (i.e. end users, developers, testers, etc.)
  • Document project requirements and other project related documents with clear and concise language consistent with methodology framework.
  • Work with the project team to develop and manage project plans including issue resolution and risk mitigation
  • Consult with users, developers, testers, and implementation specialists.
  • Ensure governance with the project methodology standards, documentation, and approvals (e.g. project artifacts, tollgates, etc.)
  • Manage participation from required stakeholders to ensure accurate deliverables
  • Manage cross team dependencies with other business and IT areas
  • Experienced, highly skilled in Collateral Management concepts
  • Deep understanding of OTC Products
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, the banking industry, equities, and derivative products.
  • High level understanding of global markets and wealth management business divisions.
  • Strong technical and data analytical skills (e.g., Excel and other similar applications), with experience analyzing, managing, and reporting on large sets of structured data (e.g., books and records data).
  • Able to produce accurate work output and reports under tight deadlines
  • Communicates effectively in both oral and written formats and tailors message appropriately to the audience
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and operational excellence experience
  • Able to think critically to analyze and resolve issues quickly
  • Influences and delivers results through collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of clients’ margin calculations and comparisons
  • Being familiar with legal documentation including ISDA CSA, etc.
  • Knowledge of regulatory obligations including UMR, Variation Margin Calls for OTC Derivative clients
  • Ensuring all client queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of related professional financial services and Product Management experiences

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $185,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
