Who we are looking for

The Head of Revenue Insights and Analytics for the Asset Servicing Business will help drive the development and execution of the financial strategy for State Street’s largest business.

This individual will partner with senior business leaders across the CCO, Product, and Alpha Organizations and focus on key revenue growth and retention opportunities.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for revenue planning and budgeting, revenue forecasting, earning and conference outlook, management reporting, share of wallet, and other ad hoc strategic revenue focused initiatives.

The role will directly report to the CFO for the Chief Commercial Office. The role will regularly participate in leadership sessions and have a high profile within the CCO organization, as well as other teams within finance including Controllers, FP&A, Investor Relations, Corporate and Strategy, and senior business leaders.

What you will be responsible for

As the Head of Revenue Insights and Analytics for the Asset Servicing Business you will

  • Partner with other CFO’s, FP&A leaders, Controllers, and Corporate Strategy to drive financial discipline and revenue focus to the Asset Servicing organization
  • Develop, execute, and track the overall financial approach to revenue planning and budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, in partnership with the other CFO, FP&A and Corporate Strategy
  • Identify and quantify impact of risk-mitigating action plans
  • Provide advice and guidance on an independent view of the revenue financial outlook to the finance leaders and executive management
  • Support the Investor Relations and external revenue reporting process with investors
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend course of action
  • Drive improvement to standard financial analytics and reporting and bring transparency to the financial statements

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in asset servicing / asset management industry
  • Forward thinking, innovative leader who has experience working in a finance and accounting organization
  • Broad Finance & Accounting & Strategy leadership experience with 10+ years of experience.
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Experience with management of geographically disperse Finance teams
  • Extensive experience overseeing the business planning and budgeting process
  • Has overseen the management reporting process
  • Financial Planning & Analytics experience

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
