What you will be responsible for
  • Validate or resolve discrepancies per client specific guidelines.
  • Trouble shooting ID issues for our clients.
  • Be responsible for the establishment of external client/investor/interested party IDs, ensuring successful progression through the ID creation life cycle.
  • Validate account information, as required, while troubleshooting ID and access issues that arise.
  • Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the Transfer Agency and deliver excellent service to clients.
  • Leveraging procedures and workflows as drafted but looking for further areas to optimize the process, partnering with our Product and governance counterparts to do so.
  • Metrics and reporting as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
  • Monitor and ensure internal and external inquiries are researched and resolved timely.
  • Monitor upcoming client deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and share knowledge across the team.
  • Assist management in the implementation of new policies, SOPs, and procedures, participates in projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance major

  • Great communicational skill

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $60,320 Annual
