As the Business Analyst & Sales Enablement Lead within the Client Coverage Group (CCG), you will have an opportunity to work with the various functional teams across State Street Global Advisors. Reporting into the Head of Global Business Analytics, with a matrix line to the Head of Sales Enablement Tools, you will work alongside members of the Business Analytics Team, the Sales Enablement Tools Team, and the global Client Coverage Organization with a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Build a variety of reports, data visualizations, and analyses to provide sales and marketing leadership with insights into key metrics
  • Play an integral role in implementing a client hierarchy structure within Salesforce, developing related reporting, and expanding visibility into strategic relationships
  • Support onboarding experience, and provide ongoing support, for Intermediary Salesforce users, including training on best practices
  • Become a subject matter expert in Salesforce reporting and data structures
  • Lead and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Review and champion prioritization for improvement in key focus areas aligned with SSGA’s goals
  • Partner with Salesforce team to review, prioritize, and validate enhancements
  • Interpret (sometimes complex) requests and understanding business requirements to work with team to deliver high-quality outputs

  • You are collaborative by nature with the capability to help others achieve more

Education / technical Requirements:

  • Relevant Graduate / Post Graduate degrees
  • 5 years’ experience I a faced paced work environment, with 3-5 years minimum Salesforce experience
  • Technical expertise / knowledge of MS Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization
  • Direct or related Financial Services, Asset Management and / or Sales Analytics experience is a plus

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
