Who we are looking for

The successful incumbent will be the finance partner for the Investment Services CFO, responsible for defining and delivering the overall financial approach including monthly results, planning and budgeting, financial forecasting, management reporting (including Quarterly Business Reviews) and transformation in partnership with global Business Unit Finance, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) and Controlling functions. This role will also drive the revenue growth and productivity strategies, improvement to standard financial processes, analytics and management reporting, and assist with deal integration activities. The role will directly report to the CFO for Investment Services. This individual will partner with senior business leaders and CFOs across the IS Organization and focus on key initiatives and opportunities as directed.

What you will be responsible for

As analyst to the IS CFO you will:

  • Work closely with senior leaders in the IS CFO organization focusing on helping to drive revenue growth and productivity

  • Partner with other team members in global Business Unit Finance, FP&A leaders and Controllers, Strategy, and Investor Relations to be a trusted advisor and bring financial discipline to Investment Services

  • Develop and execute the overall financial approach including planning and budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, transformation in partnership with the Finance leadership and FP&A

  • Provide management with an independent view of financial outlook, associated risks and opportunities

  • Identify and quantify impact of risk-mitigating action plans

  • Oversee the preparation of analysis and commentary, and drive improvement to standard financial analytics and reporting to bring transparency to the financial statements

  • Help drive segment growth and strategy

  • Participate in both organic and inorganic as a strategic advisor to the business

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Forward thinking, innovative leader who has experience working in a finance and accounting organization

  • Broad Finance & Accounting leadership experience with 10+ years of experience

  • Financial Services experience preferred

  • Experience in managing teams in large complex organizations

  • Extensive experience overseeing the business planning and budgeting process

  • Has overseen the management reporting process

  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • MBA a plus

  • Strategy / consulting background also a plus

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
