This position, based in Boston, reports directly into Financial Risk Head of Business Management. Business Management is horizontal in scope covering the functions other than risk taking activities, i.e., oversight of regulatory and assurance activities including exam management, attestations, corporate required annual reviews, monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, and general management including vendor management, budget, and headcount discipline. Business Management provides a cohesive, standardized approach for the daily execution of these functions to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the teams in US, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all annual access reviews (LAN, EUDTs, etc.), including the related certifications as required
Manage Employee Onboarding/Offboarding (e.g., processing forms, welcome sessions, support, and materials) as assigned
SharePoint/Collaborate site owner, content development, and site management
Career Enrichment/Training & Development support (i.e., ad hoc training, Lunch & Learns)
Support Vendor Management oversight: tracking and reporting of licenses, contracts, costs and annual reviews
Support for Regulatory and Assurance/Audit activities including exam management
Assist management with updates/reports to internal and external assurance bodies during formal reviews as well as during periodic updates, as requested
Point of contact between Financial Risk and the other corporate functions
Program support for Financial Risk– assist with content, structure, agendas, etc. for various meetings
Update various documents such as reference manuals, guides, and procedures as directed
Presentation development, consultation, review of materials/content as required
Participate in project work/working groups as required
Perform other duties as required
Skills:
Extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task and deliver at the highest level
Problem assessment and resolution, as well as collaborative problem solving is required
Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Cultivate effective relationships with our internal and external global partners

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
