As a direct report to the Vice President of Corporate Audit (CA) Executive Reporting and Internal Communications, the Officer role is responsible for supporting the administration and timelines of Examining & Audit Committee and other key Committee reporting and internal communications execution. This role location is based in Boston.
Due to the role requirements, this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for
As the Internal Communications and Reporting, Officer you will:
- Operate as a member of the Executive Reporting and Internal Communications team to assist in executing the internal communications plan, including supporting the development of its strategy and framework.
- Write and send internal communications to the Corporate Audit department, as defined in the plan.
- Coordinate and support key internal meetings including the quarterly town hall series.
- Provide administrative and project management support for Corporate Audit aspects of the Examining & Audit Committee meetings including: overseeing reporting timelines and due dates, managing the draft posting process and related communications, scheduling review sessions, drafting materials and providing proofreading support.
- Oversee reporting timelines for other key Committees and governance groups for Corporate Audit materials.
- Operate collaboratively with other leaders including the Corporate Audit Professional Services team, Quality Assurance and Corporate Audit Management Committee.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships at all levels within CA and across the company.
- Other Professional Practices activities, as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Internal Communication and Project Management related role.
- Experience in Public Accounting, Internal Auditing, or Professional Practices related role preferred.
- Bachelor’s / University degree, preferable in business administration.
- Advanced Proficiency in English is required.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $102,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
