Associate 2 within the Complex Operations Organization is responsible for delivering NAVs and other accounting operational outputs for State Street’s clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidate is expected to ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk and deliver excellent service to clients.

What you will be responsible for

As a Complex Operations Associate 2 you will

• Manage the daily processing and monitoring of funds’ activities to ensure that deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.

• Facilitate timely resolution of issues related to the production of the NAV.

• Work with relevant business units and/or external clients to resolve issues.

• Ensure the line manager and others, as appropriate, are kept aware of all issues and queries.

• Participate in client related or internally driven projects.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
