The State Street Global Advisors Institutional Client Group Professional Development Program(PDP) offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your foundational skills to become the next generation of financial leaders through four, six month rotations. Our accelerated program is designed to develop your financial acumen, analytical, innovation and leadership skills necessary to succeed in State Street’s high-performance culture.

The landscape of the financial industry is changing rapidly and it’s important for State Street to adapt to the needs of our clients and invest in our future. The PDP gives you the opportunity to help State Street Global Advisors continue help our clients, and those who depend on them, achieve their investment goals. As part of the PDP you will:

• Work within teams to help provide client support, drive client satisfaction, and facilitate access to industry-leading partnerships.

• Support the development of new products and services to better meet the needs of our clients.

• Contribute to the operations that are the foundation of our business, including creating accurate, high-quality, and compelling requests for proposals, and coordinating and executing client and product on-boarding events

• Participate in process implementation and optimization,

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Graduating in May 2025 (for July 2025 intake)

• Strong interest in financial services sales and client service

• Outstanding interpersonal skills which are required to work in our collegial, collaborative environment
