This position, within the North America Derivatives Center of Excellence located in Quincy, will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of derivatives trades and life cycle transactions. The candidate should have a background with strong critical thinking skills and an ability to meet aggressive deadlines in high volume work environment are essential. An understanding of servicing swap trades, fixed income securities, and equity securities would be a plus.

What you will be responsible for:
As a Derivative Swap Specialist, Associate 2, you will be
Performing daily maintenance and record keeping for Derivative Swap Trades held in various Mutual Fund and other Structured portfolios for various SSC clients.
Processing new Swap trades and trade settlements on accounting records.
Reconcile and research position, interest accruals, and other variances.
Review of your own work to ensure accurate processing.
Preparing standard and ad hoc reporting for both internal and external customers.
The individual will work closely with AMS, Client Operations, etc. to resolve issues and provide timely answers to inquiries.
During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA degree required. Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $60,320 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
