Who we are looking for

Structured Trust and Analytics, Vice President will be responsible for monthly and payment date report deliveries, accurate and timely payment to investors, deal document review, compliance with deal documents, client service, and oversight of Structured Trust and Analytics team. They will participate and/or lead various projects both client facing and internal.

What you will be responsible for

As a Structured Trust and Analytics, Vice President you will

  • Perform final review and sign off on Monthly and Payment Date Reporting

  • Manage and oversee team deliverables

  • Perform client management & oversight duties

  • Onboard and install new business

  • Design, review and sign-off on new deal modelling.

  • Execute administrative tasks & projects client related and non-client related

  • Support new technology development, testing, and rollouts

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making

  • Excellent knowledge of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and other structured finance transactions including but not limited to deal structure, legal documentation, deal mechanics, data flows and portfolio assets (bank loan and other fixed income assets)

  • Strong managerial skills and experience managing offshore locations

  • Strong client management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science. Accounting/Finance preferred.

  • 10+ years of CLO, CDO, and other structured finance transaction and bank loan experience. Majority in CLO and bank loan experience, preferred

  • Good excel knowledge preferred

  • SOLVAS and/or WSO experience preferred

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $160,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
