Who we are looking for
State Street seeks to recruit a VP, Cyber Fusion Regulatory & Audit leader to support the execution of regulatory & audit interactions for the Fusion Security & Operations (FSO) program to ensure the organization is responsive, agile, and well-prepared for unique and demanding regulatory requests.
The objective of this role is to support the VP, Cyber Fusion Regulatory & Audit Operations execution of regulatory & audit interactions within the FSO program and its stakeholders. The position requires project management and stakeholder engagement to ensure that regulatory interactions are thoughtful, comprehensive and culminate in consistent messaging.
This role will report to the Cyber Fusion Regulatory & Audit Operations Vice President.
What you will be responsible for
As VP, Cyber Fusion Regulatory & Audit, you will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect the bank.
- Support the GCS Fusion Security & Operations (FSO) leads in the coordination of complex regulatory interactions, including in-depth regulatory exams and ad hoc requests. Coordination activities include project management of exams, oversight, and review of regulatory materials prior to submission, managing stakeholder participation and presentations, overseeing follow up regulatory requests, and ensuring logistical needs are covered.
- Assist with regulatory feedback and key findings in key management reports provided to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Attend regulatory meetings as representative of the Risk organization on regulatory matters. Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts of the FSO teams to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relations.
- Advises findings owners of remediation scope and risk reduction strategies
- Advises finding owners of remediation success & acceptance criteria to resolve regulatory/audit findings
- Works with findings owners to develop short-term/long-term remediation plans - through compensating and mitigating controls
- Evidence type, identification methodology/collection, & evaluation
- Manages repository of FSO regulatory/audit response documentation

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years relevant experience.
- Awareness of general concepts/principles of Risk Management and cyber security
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Additional requirements
- CISA, CRISC or a CISSP is required
- Previous experience in banking industry a plus

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
