We are currently seeking a detailed orientated Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand current workflows, identify pain points and implement solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
About the Cybersecurity GRC Team
The Governance Risk & Compliance team is an exciting and growing area of cybersecurity which works to ensure that State Street maintains a strong cybersecurity posture by aligning with regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal risk management frameworks.
As a member of the Cybersecurity GRC Team, you will have a significant opportunity in making a difference within the Cybersecurity organization, as well as across State Street overall.
What you will be responsible for
- Leading process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
- Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements, ensuring alignment with goals
- Conducting gap analysis and rot cause investigations to address inefficiencies and improve performance
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation and best practices
- Utilizing data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping exercises
- Supporting change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools
- Maintaining clear and concise documentation of processes, procedures and controls.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Aris, BPMN
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP Prince 2) is a plus.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $187,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
