We are seeking someone highly organized with proven ability to contribute to and drive strategic projects and execute critical business priorities. This role will be located at CRD headquarters in Burlington, MA, but other locations may be considered.
The Optimization Specialist, Assistant Vice President (AVP) reports to the Operations Manager, but will work cross functionally to ensure identified projects, transformation opportunities and optimizations are managed through all aspects of their lifecycle.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. What you will be responsible for
The Optimization Specialist, Assistant Vice President (AVP) will work on one or many strategic initiatives and assist with various projects/assignments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, manage, and execute optimization/transformation tasks and projects of varying size and complexity.
- Prepare and present materials to employees, managers and/or committees.
- Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as need.
- Build relationships with critical stakeholders to ensure delivery,
- Support administration assignments such as Quarterly Business Review preparations and tracking/reporting of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) amongst other metrics.
- Support communications needs throughout the organization.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-10 years’ experience working in a large financial services organization
- Experience in a contributing role related to strategy, process engineering, operations, administration, or similar people focused functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and/or present to groups of internal staff both in person and virtually.
- Demonstration of professional branding skills including effective use of video for meetings as well as social media such as LinkedIn.
- Highly efficient and well-organized with strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multitask. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a “can do” attitude and growth mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work within a team environment and be resourceful, have strong sense of craftsmanship and be detail-oriented.
- Strong understanding of MS Products focused on PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Forms (Surveys) and Teams.

Charles River Development
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
