Service Delivery TPM (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Quincy, Massachusetts): Will lead technical specialists to define and complete service initiatives for their organization. This includes defining the scope, creating and managing the functional and technical delivery plans, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring all work is compliant with relevant standards, and on-time completion to delivery milestones. Specific responsibilities are as follows: Work with Cyber Fusion leadership, vendors, and service delivery teams to define, plan and deliver new and existing initiatives aligned to Cyber Fusion strategic initiatives; Ensure critical stakeholder satisfaction by making sure the work delivered matches defined success criteria and internal standards of excellence; Use tailoring methods to deliberately adapt the project management approach by determining the most useful elements, tailoring is driven by PMI principles, organizational values and culture using mindful implementation of approach, processes, project life cycle and deliverables for successful delivery; Prioritize deliverables by managing all stages of the service delivery lifecycle including initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, close as defined by tailoring methods; Serve as the primary point of contact during the delivery lifecycle to manage product vision, project health/scope, facilitate feedback, discuss project status and deliver reporting; Setup and work within GTS and Cyber Fusion framework to enable workflow, time tracking, document repositories, and aggregated stakeholder feedback; Plan for contingencies, surfacing risk in advance, and raising the flag before problems arise; Understand teammates’ schedules and scope of work to harmonize with initiative allocations, workload, and ensure alignment with service delivery schedules and reporting; Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and strategies from inception through delivery; Clearly delineate success criteria, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders; Identify and troubleshoot risks or dependencies before they derail delivery; and Ensure the agreed service objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget. 10% domestic travel – potential team meetings in Texas one week per quarter. (Hybrid-remote telecommuting permitted pursuant to Company policy.)
Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or its equivalent; and 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in any occupation or title in which product or project management experience is gained.
Must have: Demonstrated experience with Sharepoint, JIRA, or Clarity; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; and Data Analysis - Python, Microsoft SQL, Excel, Access, Teradata. (Unless otherwise indicated, State Street is seeking the stated ability in the skills listed above with no specific number of years or amount of experience required. All experience can be gained concurrently.)

Salary Range:
$134,098 - $230,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
