We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Officer to lead and support data-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, business intelligence tools, data visualization, and applied data science. This role will be instrumental in transforming Standard Operating Procedures into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency .

What you will be responsible for
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python and SQL.
Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering and Natural Language Processing tools.
Build and manage dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data science projects.
Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve data capabilities.

- Good understanding of financial services and investment products.
- Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications {Excel, Word etc.}, aptitude for math, interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, multitasking capability, ability to work under pressure/deadlines driven environment.
- Quantitative analysis and Problem Solving Skills
- Driven for self-learning and keeping abreast of advancements in traditional and Generative AI,
Education & Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
Proficiency in Python, R for data analysis
Strong experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with predictive modeling, NLP, or time-series forecasting.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security best practices.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
