Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is motivated and can learn new information quickly. Candidate will be responsible for multiple applications and reports, so candidate will need to be able to multi-task.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Minimum of 4 days in the office based on business need.
What you will be responsible for
As an AMS team member, you will
• Work with various application support teams to obtain feed files, use tools in place to upload these files to strategic identity platforms.
• Monitor day-to-day activity reports to ensure all support functions are performed as required within the IAM controls.
• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from operational business units and various administration teams
• Provide on the job training to new staff as necessary, including explanation of the controls that must be followed.
• Elevate unresolved issues/problems to management as appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate documents required for internal/external audits.
• Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
• Support various client-facing applications, set up, training and resolving data integrity issues within specific timeframes.
• Performing daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames and internal/client requirements.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communications skills, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction using Information Security program standards/controls as a basis for required activities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple areas to accomplish completing requests and ensuring viable Information Security controls are in place.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in related fields preferred. 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience with Macros preferred.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $102,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
