The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Business Analysis within a regulated financial services environment, with a strong emphasis on risk remediation. What you will be responsible for
- Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Lead cross-functional collaboration to align business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring strategic coherence across teams and disciplines.
- Automation & Integration: Identify and lead the implementation of opportunities for automation and system integration to streamline remediation efforts, reduce manual work, and enhance process efficiency through stakeholder engagement and data visualization.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct technical and business analysis including data modeling, analytics, workflow evaluation, and root cause analysis to support strategic decisions, compliance, and effective remediation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, risk, and operations teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth implementation of business and technical solutions that support strategic goals.
- Technical Translation & Execution: Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions, supporting governance, audits, and risk remediation through precise documentation, reporting, and testing.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in leading the design and delivery of complex business analysis and technical solutions, with a strong preference for experience within the Financial Services sector
- Solid understanding of the complexities involved in implementing and managing large-scale programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication, demand management, and prioritization
- Minimum of 9 years of Business Analysis experience within large, complex organizations, ideally in the financial services sector; experience supporting regulatory remediation initiatives is a plus
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, is preferred; experience with additional data analysis tools, including SQL and Python, is considered a strong asset but not required
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
