The Senior Technology Architect will provide strategic and technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering the next-generation digital investment platform for individual investors and their advisors. This senior leader will architect scalable, AI-enabled solutions, establish and drive innovation across development teams, and ensure seamless integration of advanced analytics, client advisory tools, and partner technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of the platform, integrating AI, data management, and client advisory capabilities for wealth management users.
- Define and implement the technical vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
- Select, evaluate, and implement AI/ML tools and frameworks, driving innovation in client intelligence, personalization, and automation.
- Oversee the design and integration of APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide teams in best practices for AI development, software engineering, and solution delivery.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, piloting and scaling new technologies for features and enhancements.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance across all SuperApp components.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product architecture, AI/ML development, and technology leadership within financial services or wealth management.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, AI-driven platforms and solutions.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data architecture.
- Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML tools and frameworks for production environments.
- Strong understanding of wealth management platforms, client advisory tools, and integration of partner technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management, business strategy, and technology integration.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
