We seek a results-driven professional with a strong background in testing within large-scale, client-facing transformation programs. The Alpha Global Testing Practice focuses on strategy, planning, execution, and management of end-to-end platform testing during Alpha implementations. These programs span front, middle, and back office operations and involve complex data flows across State Street, Charles River Development, clients, and industry partners.

Alpha is the industry’s first global interoperable platform connecting the front, middle, and back office under one provider. Rigorous end-to-end testing of Alpha’s applications, data, and workflows is essential to accelerate implementation timelines, ensure reliable delivery, and provide a seamless client experience.

What you will be responsible for

• Execute assigned testing activities(STLC) , ensuring thorough coverage and timely completion.

• Coordinate with the testing team to ensure resources are in place and tasks are executed as planned.

• Collaborate with functional and automation testers across global teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Apply best practices and testing standards in daily execution.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining internal and client-facing documentation (e.g., test plans, execution reports).

• Provide regular updates on execution status, issues, and progress to team leads and senior leadership.

• Identify and raise Defects during the execution phase and participate/contribute for the Defect Triage call.

What we value:

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and understand global portfolio management and financial servicing; including portfolio construction, trading, compliance, and risk across all major asset classes.

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

• 4 – 6 years of experience with QA and investment banking background.

• Good understanding of Middle Office – Trade Life cycle activities, Understanding on various Asset Classes(Eg – EQ, FI… ) and Any Front Office System understanding Strong attention to detail and discipline in executing assigned Testing tasks. - Must

• Ability to follow established testing processes and standards rigorously. – Must

• Effective communication skills for providing clear status updates and collaborating with team members. -- Must

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for tracking and managing execution tasks. -- Must

• Experience on any SQL’s -- Added Advantage.

• UI Path Automation – Added Advantage.

• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and escalate issues or blockers during execution.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms, and testing approaches.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management or Information System Management.
