The Compliance Program Operations team is responsible for processes and initiatives that span the Corporate Compliance department, including Issue Management governance and reporting, Business Continuity, and Intragroup Agreement and Service Level Agreement management. The Compliance Program Operations Consultant will be responsible for enhancing and executing processes in support of the border Corporate Compliance department.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model in Boston, where you can balance work from home (1 day per week)) and office (4 days per week) to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Compliance Program Operations Consultant you will
Assist in the design and implementation of enhanced processes to track and manage the execution of, and recordkeeping associated with, Intragroup Agreements and associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across Corporate Compliance.
Design, implement, and manage a reporting dashboard to provide the Compliance Senior Leadership Team with insights into their conformance with corporate requirements, including Business Continuity testing, Intragroup Agreement and Service Level Agreement (SLA) recordkeeping, and logical access review completion
Assist the Corporate Compliance Outsourcing Officer in reviews over the department’s outsourcing strategy and Intragroup Engagement portfolio
Serve as an escalation point within Corporate Compliance for any issues related to Intragroup Engagements/SLAs
Develop and implement standard processes to facilitate the execution of logical access controls across the department.
Assist as needed with various tasks and projects to support Corporate Compliance, including preparing Business Continuity review documents, facilitating logical access reviews, and preparing Issue Management reporting.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 6-8 years relevant work experience within the Financial Services sector
Experience in Outsourcing or Third Party Risk Management strongly preferred
2+ years of institutional knowledge preferred
Salary Range:
$70 000 - $115 000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
