In this role, you will partner closely with the Wealth Services Chief of Staff to support business planning, executive materials, operational processes, enterprise and internal communications, and people‑focused initiatives across Wealth Services. What You’ll Do
Business Planning & Analytics
- Support the development, tracking, and reporting of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
- Assist in creating dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence artifacts.
Executive‑Ready Presentations & Materials
- Develop materials for Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Committee updates, Board preparation, and Client Advisory Board engagements.
- Help craft concise narratives and data‑driven recommendations.
Operating Rhythm & Business Management
- Coordinate business routines including agendas, pre‑reads, and follow‑ups.
- Support budget management with Finance and headcount planning with HR.
- Liaise with Corporate Realty on space and facilities needs.
Internal & Enterprise Communications
- Draft internal communications for Wealth Services.
- Ensure Wealth Services is represented in enterprise‑wide communications.
Talent Priorities & Employee Engagement
- Support development of a talent priorities plan.
- Assist in execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Project Support
- Assist with enterprise initiatives, policy implementations, and process improvements.

Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, finance, leadership development, program management or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; financial services exposure a plus.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
