We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Summer Intern who is eager to dive deep into the sales cycle, understand the nuances of the sales process, and explore the critical cross-functional work that supports successful deals.

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech sales environment, contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, sales enablement leaders and our Chief Revenue Officer to support key business initiatives, improve sales processes, revenue operations and drive strategic projects that enhance our market presence. Your contributions will help us improve efficiency, optimize sales operations, and better serve our clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Sales Enablement Operations Intern you will
• Market Research & Analysis – Assist in researching industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to support sales initiatives.
• CRM Management – Maintain, data clean-up, and analyze sales data in Salesforce and other tools to improve lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, product, and sales teams
• Project Work – Contribute to special projects related to sales operations, strategy, and enablement.
• Modeling and forecasting sales pipeline and revenue.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for financial technology, sales, and client relationship management.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
