  • Monitor and continuously improve data quality across trading, portfolio management, risk, and reporting platforms.

  • Investigate data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive remediation in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

  • Support and continuously improve data validation and reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to internal and client‑facing teams.

Engage and Influence Stakeholders

  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for data‑related questions, analysis, and issue resolution.

  • Support the timely delivery of changes that enable accurate, reliable client data.

Education and Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business Administration is required, with preference given to candidates who have specialized in Finance.

  • MBA preferred, especially in Finance, IT, or related fields.

Experience

  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets, with preference for experience across global securities markets and the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle.

  • Experience supporting data integrations across modern data platforms, including structured data flows between upstream sources and downstream systems.

  • Solid understanding of cloud‑based enterprise platforms in a SaaS deliver model, preferably with hands‑on experience.

  • Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with practical use of tools like Jira.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional, remote, and globally distributed teams.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

  • Experience with Security Reference Data management is a strong plus.

  • Industry‑recognized certifications related to FinTech, Capital Markets, Securities, or Agile/Scrum practices are preferred.

Skills
