Who we are looking for

The Client Onboarding Function within Globallink is key to the success of the organization. This role acts as a valued partner to the Client Acquisitions, Product Sales, Contract Administration and Support Teams in the onboarding of Globallink clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring all elements of the onboarding process have been completed.

What you will be responsible for

As Globallink Client Onboarding Specialist, AVP you will

  • Work with internal business partners to obtain relevant information for account onboarding.

  • Input relevant onboarding information into the onboarding tool and shepherd request through the onboarding lifecycle.

  • Maintain a repository for executed and or amended agreements.

  • Effectively manage and resolve onboarding queries and escalations.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of clients.

  • Work closely with operations, AML/KYC, legal, and risk, communicating specific client requests and aligning client requests with Globallink policies and requirements.

  • Communicate to GLoballink Management, providing updates on specific client onboarding status, keeping them informed of any issues or developments.

  • Education & Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA degree required.

  • Related experience, preferably in financial services industry.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
