Role description
GlobalLINK’s Business Management, Officer role supports GlobalLINK leadership to communicate strategy development initiatives across a complex, global organization. The role involves working cross-functionally with GlobalLINK management, product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to bring clarity, alignment, and execution to high-impact business priorities.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and exceptional communication skills with the agility to shift priorities and respond quickly to evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as support partner to GlobalLINK leadership team by actively participating in weekly leadership meetings and annual multi-day strategy planning sessions, providing structure and follow-through by tracking key initiatives and ensuring timely execution again business priorities
· Prepare and coordinate materials for GlobalLINK leadership meetings, including agendas, recurring updates, and presentations

· Advance strategic priorities through content development, data visualization, and executive reporting to gain buy-in from executive leadership and enable decision-making
· Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and corporate functions to deliver high-quality presentations that reflect GlobalLINK’s identity, direction, and strategic goals
· Translate complex, business-specific information into high-level, compelling narratives tailored for executive leadership
· Maintain a comprehensive repository of executive presentations and strategic content to streamline future deliverables

· Support sales and client engagement efforts through cross-product data reporting and development of client-facing communications and presentations
· Partner with marketing and sales to support the ongoing review and updates of client-facing materials to ensure readiness, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business priorities

· Drive internal communications, including strategy messaging, newsletters, town halls, etc. to foster alignment and engagement across global organization
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong organizational skills with experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing long-term initiatives with urgent, ad hoc requests
· Strong written and visual communication skills; able to synthesize complex information into compelling, executive ready content
· Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships across diverse teams
· Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
· Bachelors degree a must and familiarity with financial services or fintech preferred
· Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
