Who we are looking for

We are looking for qualified individuals with strong understanding of institutional finance and experience in Business analysis, project management, data analysis/development to transform and automate solutions for client implementation team in the Alpha front-to-back client onboarding platform. Experience in Artificial Intelligence and implementation solutions will be an advantage.

What you will be responsible for

As Alpha Professional Automation Lead you will.

  • Lead data analysis, workflow design, requirement gathering for transformation and automation solutions
  • Develop and prioritize project tasks for the application development teams.
  • Oversee and liaison between the business and the technology teams.
  • Define system scope and objectives based on business users’ needs. Evaluate and do feasibility studies of software development.
  • Implement Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Develop project plans, specifying goals, risks, contingency plans, etc. Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones
  • Manage various stages of the on-boarding lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and BAU hand over).
  • Contribute to the definition of a standard implementation framework and continuous improvement of the model to drive efficiencies as adoption increases
  • Manage and support various client implementation events across various regions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Finance or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of financial industry experience across front office, middle (IBOR) and back office systems, services and data domains.
  • Proven ability to do digital transformation, automation initiatives and change management.
  • Experience working with Derivative products (IRS, CDS, FX Swaps, Futures and Options), Fixed-income, Equities.
  • Experience in any Trading systems, Accounting Systems or Fund Accounting systems.
  • Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability (CRD, Bloomberg, MCH, RKS, Portia, Derivative platforms)
  • Experience in modern development practices, API designs and architecture diagrams
  • Technical skills SQL, DB Tools, Python, Data warehouse, Snowflake, various data tools, MS Visio, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Splunk

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
