What you will be responsible for
As a IM COO Program Manager you will:
- Be the primary face-off with the COO Investment Management Product, Platform and Services pillars and the IM CAO Strategic Program Management organization to deliver Strategic initiatives and drive to achieving IM Objective Key Results (OKRs). The Program Manager should be able to work with the technology and business to define, document and implement appropriate program governance.
- Understand/document requirements including the products being used in IM organizations to determine how they can be leveraged or eliminated. Ensuring the target state solution supports IM business requirements.
- Drive the joint and internal governance with all stakeholders. This includes the development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, issue and action logs and scope and requirements documents. Ensuring active issue management and facilitating decision-making are critical to the role.
- Drive closure on all aspects of the program with support from the functional teams and SME’s, including: contracts and commercials, scope and solution, project sequencing and planning, development, testing, conversion and post conversion activities.
- Manage subject matter experts and project managers supporting workstreams to deliver the end-to-end solution.
- Lead and support governance meetings - set meeting agendas and document meeting minutes for meetings to discuss progress and address issues to achieve milestones and objectives for the execution of the plans
- Track resources, hours and hiring for resources, and rolling up globally with inputs from Global teams. Compile resource plans and program budgets.
- Actively communicate the status of work with other team members to ensure that everyone involved is fully informed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree – with demonstrated interest in Business, Finance or Computer Science
- Excellent writing skills
- PMP certification preferred
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
