Role Overview
The OTC Alpha Product Intern will support the product leadership and delivery teams by helping manage the pipeline of work across the OTC Alpha product team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail oriented intern who wants exposure to enterprise product delivery, complex financial services, and cross functional execution.
The intern will play a key role in tracking work, improving transparency, strengthening reporting, and helping the team tighten execution and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Work Pipeline & Delivery Management
• Maintain and update the team’s pipeline of work, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and delivery status are clearly reflected
• Help track commitments, milestones, and deliverables across product and delivery workstreams
• Support follow ups on open items to improve delivery discipline and execution clarity
Jira & Workflow Support
• Learn and actively manage Jira tickets, epics, and boards used by the OTC Alpha team
• Ensure Jira items are accurate, up to date, well described, and aligned to agreed outcomes
• Assist with backlog hygiene, status updates, and alignment between planned vs. delivered work
Reporting & Transparency
• Help create and maintain clear, concise reporting for product leadership
• Support development of dashboards and summaries that highlight progress, risks, and bottlenecks
• Identify opportunities to improve how work is tracked, reported, and communicated
Execution & Quality Support
• Assist the team in tightening deliverables, including clarity of scope, acceptance criteria, and outcomes
• Help identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in execution and flag them early
• Support preparation of materials for internal updates, reviews, or leadership read outs

Qualifications & Skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured tools (Jira, spreadsheets, dashboards)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in financial services, product management, or program delivery
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
Nice to Have
• Exposure to Jira, Agile delivery, or project management tools
• Interest in fintech, capital markets, or enterprise platforms
• Strong analytical or reporting mindset

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
