What we are looking for

The Data Services Sr Associate will join a team that delivers mission critical data as a service by deploying professionals globally in a follow the sun model. We manage vendor, third party and client directed data and deliver business ready information to support trading, compliance, investment oversight and other functions. We provide streamlined access to reference, pricing, benchmark, ESG, holdings and other key data domains.

What you will be responsible for

As a Data Services Sr Associate, you will be responsible for tracking and responding to client inquiries via email or phone as they arise. New request or cases will to be entered into our Salesforce Portal. The Associate will provide high level customer services and support by creating and triaging cases for appropriate team members and filtering or escalating inquires as necessary.

0-1 year experience in a related technical customer service role, Will highly consider a new graduate

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Solid organizational and interpersonal skills

Enjoy and thrive working in a team-oriented and fast paced environment

Experience with Salesforce.com a plus

SQL experience a plus

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $57,200 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
