The Client Onboarding function within State Street Markets plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s objectives. This position serves as a strategic partner to the Financing Solutions team by overseeing the onboarding process for Lending counterparties and clients, managing client inquiries, and coordinating legal negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
As Financing Solutions Onboarding Specialist, Officer your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with State Street Markets clients to gather necessary information for account onboarding.
Entering onboarding data into the designated system and managing requests throughout the entire onboarding lifecycle.
Managing and resolving client queries and escalations effectively and transparently.
Facilitating the completion of contractual documentation.
Coordinating communication between Client Service, Onboarding and internal teams to ensure timely account activation.
Working closely with operations, AML/KYC, legal, and risk departments to align client requirements with State Street’s internal policies.
Providing regular updates on client onboarding progress to Financing Solutions relationship managers and informing them of any relevant issues or developments.
Key Competencies

Advanced proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Education and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
Minimum of 1–3 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
Additional Requirements
Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
Effective team player with adaptability to change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ownership mentality, with a commitment to seeing client issues through to resolution

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $101,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
