Who we are looking for
The Finance Data and AI Office (DART) delivers trusted, high‑quality, and governed data products and services across Finance, Risk, and Treasury. This Officer role supports day‑to‑day execution of data quality, governance, and data controls, while gaining exposure to modern data platforms and AI‑enabled analytics within a regulated financial environment.
This position provides hands‑on experience across data quality operations, documentation, testing, and remediation, forming a strong foundation for progression into senior data, governance, or analytics roles.
What you will be responsible for
- Execute data quality checks, controls, and monitoring for Finance, Risk, and Treasury data in alignment with BCBS 239 standards.
- Support maintenance of data quality frameworks, CDE documentation, data lineage, and SOPs.
- Participate in end‑to‑end data quality testing, validation, and issue tracking across assigned data domains.
- Assist with root-cause analysis and remediation of data quality issues in partnership with business and technology teams.
- Support development and maintenance of data quality dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process re‑engineering and adoption of automation or AI‑assisted tooling where appropriate.
- Liaise with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and DART to support timely and well‑governed data delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and clear documentation on assigned activities.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, or data quality roles, preferably within financial services.
- Working knowledge of BCBS 239 or similar data quality and governance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and data analysis using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar.
- Familiarity with data quality rules, controls, reconciliation, and issue tracking.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, relational databases, and SDLC concepts.
- Exposure to modern data platforms or tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) is a plus.
- Awareness of AI-enabled analytics or Copilot-style tools in a governed enterprise environment is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with enterprise data governance or data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra).
- Exposure to workflow, automation, or low‑code tools (Power Automate, Appian).
- Interest in developing toward advanced analytics, data engineering, or AI‑enabled data roles.

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
