The Business Onboarding and Transitions (BOaT) team is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented professional to support the onboarding and lifecycle maintenance of client custody accounts. This role is critical to delivering timely, accurate, and high‑quality onboarding solutions while maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

From custody and fund administration to data, analytics, and alternative investment servicing, SSGS plays a foundational role in the global financial system.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As an Operations Specialist, you will:
- Manage end‑to‑end custody account openings, amendments, and closures for the North America client base
- Coordinate system setup activities across multiple platforms to ensure accurate and timely client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners, clients, and external vendors
- Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation
- Liaise with business units in a timely manner to resolve issues preventing completion of submitted requests.
- Ensure performance aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); proactively escalate and resolve issues when targets are not met
- Support ongoing governance, documentation standards, and audit readiness

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, operations, onboarding, or a related role
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and negotiation skills
- Required to be onsite in Quincy Office 4 days a week.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $101,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
