Who we are looking for
We are seeking a growth-oriented professional for the role of Performance Product Business Analyst within the Investment Performance Analytics Product Development Team to work with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to design and deliver performance and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear product requirements and Agile stories, supporting end‑to‑end delivery from testing through production rollout, and serve as a subject matter expert for performance and analytics capabilities and applications.
What you will be responsible for
As a Performance Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible to:
- Gather requirements and create detailed product requirements, technical requirements, feature specifications, and agile stories
- Become a subject matter expert for Performance & Analytics applications
- Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframes
- Document project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependencies
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities
- Provide regular status updates and supporting program management reports as needed
- Support product testing including user acceptance testing as well as test case and test data
- Drive product readiness including release notes, documentation, training, and governance activities for new capabilities and enhancements
What we value

- Strong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and ability to use experience and analysis to gain support, facilitate consensus, and forge collaboration with internal and external parties
- Familiarity with software development processes and software/product life cycle development activities
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment performance reporting, business analysis for product development, product management
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plus
- Comfortable with quantitative methods and solutions
- Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines/functions
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Product Management, Change Management, or relevant Consulting experience
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and applications
- Software development experience
- Experience with project management and documentation tools (eg: Confluence, Jira)
- SQL skills and experience with visualization software
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
