Who we are looking for
The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role on the Know Your Customer (KYC) suite of applications. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure software reliability and quality through the Application Testing Lifecycle. You will work closely with the development team as well as KYC Solutions. We are looking for someone with proven experience testing complex applications and with knowledge of the Know Your Customer regulatory domain. The candidate will be well versed, hands-on with testing methodologies, automation techniques, integration testing with a solid understanding of performance testing. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with the latest trends and best practices in the testing industry.

What you will be responsible for
As Quality Assurance Analyst you will

  • be responsible for software quality, ensure the reliability, functionality, and security of the software solutions.
  • be involved in creating detailed, structured test plan and test case based on project requirement
  • Defect identification and tracking using Jira
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in both manual and automation testing using API test tools.
  • Work with the support group to reproduce production problems and identify gaps in the
    regression test suite.
  • Work with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and verify that they are met

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong working knowledge of financial services and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
  • Experience with Kanban and agile SDLC methodologies
  • Have experience in Fenergo's Product KYC ( Know Your Customer) and FenX. Analyzing & Validation of configuration.
  • Require Knowledge in Customer & their product's Onboarding/offboarding Process in KYC.
  • Have exposure to using AI tools for efficient and speedy deliverables

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $140,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
