What you will be responsible for

As Product Owner, Vice President, you will

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for workflow automation platforms and enterprise case management systems, aligning them with business goals.
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on features that improve operational efficiency, client service, and controls.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery efforts, collaborating with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to build and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Ensure robust governance and risk controls are embedded in the product, meeting data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Champion user adoption and change management by coordinating training, communications, and support for successful enterprise-wide rollout.
  • Communicate progress to senior stakeholders, deliver concise updates on roadmap, key decisions, and achieved outcomes.

  • Deep knowledge of operational processes and controls, with experience integrating risk management, compliance, and security requirements into product development.
  • Agile methodology experience, with a background in leading cross-functional teams through complex projects.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $181,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
