What you will be responsible for
Global Head of Alpha & Middle Office Conversions - led complex front-to-back integration programs across multi-region teams and diverse asset classes.
Enterprise transformation leader with deep expertise in automation, governance, and large-scale client onboarding, delivering innovation and execution excellence across Accounting, Custody, Insurance, AIS platforms, GL/Oracle Financials, Corporate Information Security automation, Basel Risk & Compliance, and the Cloud Technology Stack—bringing strategic perspective, technical depth, and a strong commitment to execution.
Own global delivery of Back‑office Client Conversion Services, leading multi‑regional teams across Accounting, Custody, Insurance, AIS, and Asset Manager/Asset Owner fund events; drive seamless onboarding and integration across Alpha, Middle Office, Back Office, AIS, and Insurance platforms.
Design and execute operating models that translate complex client conversion requirements into scalable, governance‑led solutions aligned with State Street’s market practices, control frameworks, and risk standards.
Act as the primary execution interface to Client, Incumbent Service Provider, Client Service, BAU and Technology, shaping functional requirements and integration strategies informed by real‑world client implementations, regulatory mandates, asset‑class breadth, and market‑structure complexity.
Ensure delivery discipline, operational readiness, and risk mitigation across large‑scale, multi‑asset conversions - meeting contractual commitments while maintaining service quality, resilience, and compliance.
Build and lead a global implementation organization, developing senior talent, standardizing delivery governance, and scaling execution capacity to support client growth, geographic expansion, and strategic vendor partnerships.
Assume enterprise accountability for client conversions and transitions, leading end-to-end activities including dry runs, dress rehearsals, and go-live support to ensure seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office processes while maintaining operational readiness and risk controls.
Own and deliver comprehensive onboarding test services, defining and executing CUAT/BUAT strategies across the client onboarding lifecycle, validating data integrity, managing hyper-care post go-live, and overseeing live client support to guarantee operational readiness and client satisfaction.
Govern strategic partner relationships and consulting engagements, establishing accountability frameworks, performance metrics, and risk management protocols to ensure reliable delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with business outcomes.
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Alpha Implementation portfolio, driving efficiency improvements, financial governance, and risk management. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets and forecasts, managing hiring plans, overseeing commercial approvals and vendor relations, and delivering accurate reporting for governance and risk committees while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Act as an enterprise connector across CIE, Product Implementation, Change Management, CRD, IT, and Back Office, accelerating delivery timelines, resolving client escalations, and fostering strong stakeholder engagement across a multi-stakeholder model.

Salary Range:
$225,000 - $337,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
