Who we are looking for:
The Business Strategy and Planning, Officer plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day operations, reporting, and communications for the Global Client Implementation (GCI) organization. This role sits at the intersection of content, business management, and execution, supporting the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for GCI.

Business Management, Governance & Reporting
Support the GCI CAO in managing key business management processes and reporting for the global organization, including headcount, financials, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level summaries
Support governance routines (e.g., business reviews, risk forums, audit tracking)

Communications & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate across teams for content creation for senior forums, leadership updates, and cross‑functional communications
Act as a trusted partner to the GCI CAO helping drive follow‑through on commitments, decisions, and action items
Own the implementation communication plan and manage the execution (e.g. SharePoint management, Viva posts)
Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, learning, and cultural initiatives within the GCI organization

Operational Excellence & Enablement
Drive continuous improvement in global business management processes, leveraging tools, templates, and automation where appropriate
Leverage AI tools (including Copilot) to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and content quality
Support ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects as needed
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business management, consulting, operations, or financial services
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) and experience with reporting tools and dashboards preferred
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environment
Salary Range:
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
