We are seeking a senior executive to lead end-to-end service delivery for our Alpha platform—spanning client implementation, global operations, and technology-enabled services across front, middle, and back-office functions.
As Head of Service Delivery, you will play a critical role in driving client outcomes, enabling platform adoption, and scaling a modern, digitized operating model. You will partner closely with clients and senior leaders across the firm to deliver consistent, high-quality service and accelerate transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service delivery across the client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through ongoing operations, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes and a differentiated client experience
- Lead complex global implementations, driving clear governance, execution discipline, and alignment across internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver against strategic objectives
- Define and execute a scalable global service delivery model, aligning strategy, operating structure, and processes to support growth, increasing complexity, and platform adoption
- Partner with Technology and Product to advance platform capabilities, enabling a more digitized, automated, and data-driven service model
- Oversee front-to-back global operations, ensuring consistent performance, resilience, and service excellence across regions and client segments
- Drive transformation and continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes while embedding strong execution discipline and performance management
- Maintain robust risk, control, and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards
- Serve as a senior client partner and executive sponsor, building trusted relationships and engaging on strategy, performance, and long-term value creation
- Lead and develop a high-performing global organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or platform-based service delivery
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformations and complex client implementations
- Deep knowledge of front-to-back investment operations and technology-enabled service models
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients
- Experience leading global teams in complex, matrixed organizations
- Expertise in operational excellence, risk management, and scalable delivery models
Salary Range:
$300,000 - $412,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
