Act as the integration lead with Globallink development and infrastructure teams, along with project teams across State Street and external clients to ensure the successful implementation and long-term support of e-trading projects that use the GL FIX Hub as their connectivity application.
What you will do
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure best in class solutions are provided for these projects
• Liaise with external clients to manage connectivity configuration and testing for these projects
• Understand the complete implementation project lifecycle, from the initial business/technical use case through development, testing, deployment and support
• Ensure that projects are successfully handled across the globe, liaising closely with the integration teams in APAC, EMEA and NA
• Build relationships within internal teams to explain projects internally and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders internally as required
• Be able to explain complex FIX workflows to our clients, propose new workflows and manage workflow projects individually and with a team
• Support the integration team with BAU requests, to ensure existing client workflows are successfully maintained
• Assist with support escalations for specific workflows when required
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 yrs. of experience, with 5+ years working hands-on with multi-disciplined teams.
• Expertise in managing, configuring and troubleshooting FIX connections and implementing projects using the FIX protocol
• Excel at gathering, prioritizing, planning and executing solutions to business requirements as related to workflow implementations for electronic trading platforms
• Prior experience using vba / sql / coding language would be beneficial
• Experience in building client solutions for buyside and sellside clients
• Familiarity with latest Sonic MQ and Web Services (Soap) would be beneficial
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
