We are seeking a Technical Solutions Lead (Managing Director) to play a critical leadership role in the development and delivery of a new platform—an ambitious initiative focused on redefining digital wealth and retirement solutions through modern technology, AI, and data-driven insights.
Role Overview
The Technical Solutions Lead is a senior technology leader responsible for working with teams spanning organizations driving execution across the platform, ensuring that requirements are translated into high-quality, integrated, and scalable solutions.
This role bridges architecture and execution, owning end-to-end delivery across internal and partner development teams. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams spanning AI/ML, application development, and data platforms, while ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for scale, security, and operational readiness.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Solution Execution & Delivery Leadership
- Translate platform architecture and product requirements into executable delivery plans across internal and partner teams
- Lead coordinated delivery of end-to-end solutions spanning: Front-end applications, Backend services and APIs, Data platforms and AI/ML components
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned to architectural standards
Cross-Domain Integration
- Drive seamless integration across application, data, AI, and partner ecosystems
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, integration risks, and technical gaps
- Maintain alignment with requirements and architecture while ensuring practical execution
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across, Applied AI / ML, Data engineering, Application development
- Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, and coaching
- Build a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
Delivery Quality & Enterprise Readiness
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for Scalability and performance, Security and resilience, Regulatory and compliance requirements, and Operational supportability
- Oversee transition from proof-of-concept to pilot and production
- Establish practices for testing, documentation, release management, and operational readiness
Execution Governance & Process
- Define and manage delivery processes, including Sprint planning and execution cadence, Cross-team coordination mechanism Issue tracking, escalation, and risk management
- Align engineering execution with product priorities and architectural constraints
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary coordination point across engineering, product, design, and risk/compliance teams
- Communicate delivery status, trade-offs, and risks to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or AI/ML-enabled systems
- Demonstrated experience leading teams delivering enterprise-scale, integrated technology solutions
- Strong foundation across: Application development (front-end and backend), Data and analytics platform, AI/ML-enabled systems
- Experience integrating complex systems across APIs, data layers, and partner ecosystems
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
- Strong people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
