State Street Global Talent Acquisition Team is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition, Officer who can play an essential role in identifying top talent to fuel innovation, company growth and advancing our internal mobility strategy. This individual will focus on identifying qualified candidates and redeploying internal talent to meet evolving business needs and supporting employee career growth across the organization. In this role, you will leverage your recruiting expertise to build internal and external talent pipelines for State Street Investment Management, Markets and Corporate Functions.

What you will be responsible for
As a Talent Acquisition, Officer you will
- Consult with and influence hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans, as well as sourcing and selection strategies
- Facilitate intake meetings to establish clear understanding of position requirements and in partnership with hiring managers, develop strategies for sourcing candidates by leveraging recruiting resources such as internal candidate pools, professional organizations, social media and community associations to attract, engage and recruit candidates
- Educate stakeholders on a variety of aspects related to recruiting such as talent demand and availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline, and mobility trends based on skills, sourcing methodology and other key points
- Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams providing coaching on the selection and selling process best fit for roles and candidates
- Act as primary communication point with candidates from initial contact point to close, to provide a positive candidate experience
- Manage end-to-end strategy and delivery of sourcing & recruiting

- Proven ability to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience working in an in-house recruiting role, ideally in Finance Operations / Banking industry
- Prior experience using Workday is highly desired.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
