Who we are looking for

A Business Specialist responsible for providing business management support to Technology Platform Engineering and Operations teams encompassing Strategy Enablement, Organizational Design, Communications, and Employee Engagement. The role is global and will involve regular interaction with senior management across Technology and Operations.

What you will be responsible for

As Technology Platform Engineering and Operations – Business Specialist you will

  • Be responsible for driving communications and employee engagement across Technology Platform Engineering and Operations
  • Drive improved vendor partnership culture and vendor relationships
  • Support the management of organizational design and associated governance
  • Be responsible for measuring and tracking Technology Platform Engineering and Operations progress and success

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Track and maintain OKR progress for Technology Platform Engineering and Operations
  • Partner with PMO to define measures of success for each project and communicate as required to central management
  • Manage and track vendor strategy and partner performance
  • Manage and track infrastructure strategy
  • Conduct analysis and present findings in response to mgmt. and ad hoc requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Drive organizational engagement strategy for the Technology leads including townhalls, skip levels engagements, broadcast / communications
  • Assist with the people agenda initiatives including: recruitment, learning and development, diversity, advancement, rewards & recognition, graduates
  • Prepare agenda and slideware for team and executive meetings

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years experience in previous Business Management, PMO or other related area expertise
  • Experience matrix managing large organizations
  • Experience with data visualization and report automation desirable

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
